1. User Eligibility

Age Requirement

The services of Rice838 are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. We apply strict age verification during the registration process.

One Account Per Member

Each user is permitted to own and operate only one active account on Rice838. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's identity, or operating multiple accounts may result in permanent account suspension and cancellation of all balances.

Accurate Account Information

Members must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Any losses arising from invalid or false information are solely the member's responsibility.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25,000
• Funds may only be deposited from accounts or wallets registered under the member's own name.
• Rice838 reserves the right to request additional verification for high-volume transactions.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• The destination account name must match the registered identity on file.
• Withdrawals are processed after all applicable turnover requirements have been met.
• Rice838 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

3. Bonus & Promotion Rules

All bonuses offered by Rice838 are subject to the turnover requirements stated on the respective promotion page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
• Only one bonus may be active per member at any given time.
• Violation of bonus rules may result in cancellation of the bonus and/or any associated winnings.
• Rice838 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Fair Play Policy

Prohibition of Fraud

Any form of cheating, system manipulation, use of bots, or actions that undermine the integrity of games on Rice838 is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without balance refund.

Prohibition of Collusion

Cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion) is a serious violation. Rice838 uses advanced detection systems to identify and act against unsporting behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rice838 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity disruptions, scheduled server maintenance, or factors outside our control. The platform is provided "as is" in accordance with applicable service standards.

6. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer service. Rice838 also reserves the right to close accounts of members found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met turnover requirements) will be returned after the verification process.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Rice838 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
